Cymbeline 19

This is the film we made with Illuminations Media of six scenes from the 2019 production of Cymbeline, King of Britain I directed with Anna Healey. The scenes – 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.6, 2.2 and 2.4 – were chosen as the same scenes as broadcast by the BBC in the first televised Shakespeare in 1937. Our reconstruction of that broadcast, Cymbeline 37, will be released in due course.
